Leaves of orange fell and men were baned hands
As roots and children of the roots fought for the lands.
A sanctuary of souls were meshed with peace
But peace gave way to war among the minds
As peace so oft may do when dimes decrease.
The forests swallowed cold the warriors
Into the Earth that birthed their vessels raw
But men had Fire in heart th’made gorier
The bloody war’s skin with a fiery claw.
So nature and mankind were separat’d
By hatred, and the death of kindness binds
The two by a destiny Life procreat’d.
War’s clock faded in Time to space for dust
Where beauty was no more but empty must.
